General Terms and Conditions


We deliver on account up to a value of goods of 250,- €uro. At a higher value of goods the payment will be by cash on delivery. In individual cases, we reserve the rights to send the goods by cash on delivery to hegde the risk of collection also at a lower value of goods. Delivery by parcel will be carried out approximately 2 days after incoming orders.

Up to a weight of 5kg we will charge 6,50 €uro for domestic shipping and handling charges. Higher weights will be charged according to the rates of the Deutsche Post AG. With the delivery of the goods to you, the purchase contract will be effected with us.

Prices / payment

The catalog prices include VAT and are valid until the next edition of the catalog will be released. All prices are price per unit. Please pay within 14 days after receipt of the invoice, which is usually attached to the shipment and always use the bank transfer form which will be attached. The delivered goods are property of the company Polyfibre Tennis Racket Strings and Grips until the payment is complety fullfilled.

Customer information

Customer data will be used and saved exclusively for business transactions. Of course all data will be treated strictly confidential.

Trainer / Reseller

If you have a coaching licence or a trading licence (Department of Sport) please show us a copy of it and you will get special conditions.


Our liabilitiy for faults are in accordance with the legal requirments of the German civil code.

Right of return

You can return the goods without giving any reasons within two weeks by returning the goods. The term commences at the earliest upon receipt of the goods and this instruction. Only items which are not able to be sent in a package (e.g. Bulky goods) you will be able to return them by withdrawal request in written form by letter, fax or e-mail. To keep the period it is enough to forward the goods or the demands of withdrawal in time. In each case, the goods can be returned at our cost and risk.

Consequences of return

In the case of the application of the right of returning the goods, the services received or the advantages of usage (e.g. benefit from usage) have to be returned. In the event that the goods have deteriorated, compensation may be demanded. This is not valid, if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their examination, as it would have been approximately possible in the store. In other respects you can avoid the compensation obligation by not taking the goods into use as an owner and refrain from doing anything which reduces their value.
